for real-world value. Awarded in whole units. It is not a cryptocurrency, not an

## For-Gold Economy
An economic model where participants earn a reward currency by completing verified
real-world actions — learning, referring, competing, creating — rather than by
speculating on it. Distinct from a gig economy in that rewards are tied to demonstrated
knowledge or skill. Coined by Flashy.

## Real-World Value
Rewards, goods or services that exist outside a game and carry genuine economic utility.

Rewards redeemable for real-world value, services and experiences, as distinct from
points or tokens. Also written as real-world asset rewards.

## Gold Hunter
A verified participant in the Flashy economy. Hunters hold a durable identity, a wallet,
and a record of what they have earned and proved. The identity is the same one used on
flashy.academy — one person, one record, across both properties.
